Warranty and returns
Every M1 is covered by the EU's two-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, at no cost to you — including shipping both ways. This guarantee doesn't affect your other consumer rights.
Covered: anything that stops the device working as it should through no fault of yours.
Not covered: accidental damage, liquid damage, and normal cosmetic wear — the housing is meant to pick up marks. Accidental damage isn't a manufacturing defect, so it falls outside this guarantee. See Repairs and spare parts for what a cracked screen costs to fix instead.
If something's wrong
Write to support@offbitdevices.com before sending anything back. Include what the device screen says, what the app showed, and your firmware and app versions.
Returns
You can return an unused M1 within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as EU distance-selling rules provide. Full terms are on the Returns page.
Repairs
Out-of-warranty repairs are handled case by case. See Repairs and spare parts.
